The Edison
Neutral Studios
Hartshorn Plunkard Architecture
The Edison, located at 1005 North Edison Street in Milwaukee, WI., is set to become the world’s tallest mass timber tower at 31 stories and 365-ft. The building has a total of 308,913 residential rentable square feet and 378 residential market-rate units (studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom) as well as approximately 7,200 square feet of complementary retail space.
517 W. Main St.
Neutral Studios
517 W Main St is a 4-story multifamily property consisting of 30 market rate apartments, situated in the downtown of Madison, Wisconsin. The construction implements a sustainable building system with mass timber decks, bathroom pods, and other components manufactured off-site. The project is designed to Passive House guidelines and will be seeking certification with the International Living Futures Institute (ILFI).

A 15 story cast-in-place concrete office tower currently in progress in Nashville, Tennessee. The project includes first floor retail space, five levels of parking, and amenity spaces for the tenants which include a gym and multiple roof terraces. Design included a PT banded beam system to support the long spans that were required for the design of the project.
