North Union is a mega-development by JDL Development on the Near North Side of Chicago featuring a variety of building sizes and construction types that will add thousands of residential units and tens of thousands of square feet of commercial space to the area bounded by the CTA Brown Line tracks and Wells St. between Oak St. and Chestnut St. 

Multiple buildings are currently in construction on the site, including: A new construction 27 story post-tensioned concrete building with 411 dwelling units, two underground parking levels, amenity spaces, and two retail spaces on the first floor. A new construction 21 story post-tensioned concrete building with 238 dwelling units, three above grade parking levels, amenity spaces, and a retail space on the first floor. Along with future developments currently in the design phase that consist of an adaptive re-use of an existing three story concrete building originally constructed in the 1920's and a new construction mid-rise building to be built above a portion of the underground parking
