Phase I: This mixed-use project is the largest (volumetric) Mass Timber building in the United States. A two-story basement with two-story concrete podium supports a cross laminated timber and glulaminate framing to 9 stories above grade. Lateral resistance for the buildings is provided by exposed concrete core walls while mass timber framing is optimized at the upper levels and transferred through the concrete framing at the lower levels. 

Phase II: A new mixed-use residential mass timber tower is currently under design development. When completed this new CLT and glulaminated building will be approxiamtely 24-stories tall supported by a double basement and deep foundations. A new Intro project just started design in Atlanta.
