The new 106,000 SF was created by carefully modifying the existing building and inserting a modern state of the art dining facility for University of Illinois students. Project highlights included modifications of a two-way concrete waffle slab system, installation of new long span steel framing and an expansive floor to ceiling curtain-wall system.
