FSE worked with Antunovich and Convexity Devleopment to modify and conjoin a historic Art Deco office building and a fireproof warehouse building into two (2) boutique hotels with retail. Structural work includes localized micro-pile foundation work, new elevator cores and stairs, a new rooftop solarium and swimming pool along with extensive floor modification and the new construction of a 2-story building with basement.
