5 City Blvd is a 15-story, cast-in-place concrete office tower completed in 2025 and located in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. The building integrates active first-floor retail with five levels of parking, creating a dynamic, pedestrian-friendly base that supports the surrounding urban fabric. Above, the office floors are designed to provide flexible, efficient workspaces, complemented by dedicated tenant amenities that enhance the overall occupant experience.

The project features a robust structural solution utilizing a post-tensioned banded beam system, developed to accommodate the long spans required by the architectural layout. This system allowed for open floor plates, minimized column intrusions, and increased design flexibility while maintaining structural efficiency. Additional amenity spaces—including a fully equipped fitness center and multiple rooftop terraces—offer tenants access to wellness and outdoor environments, reinforcing the project’s emphasis on functionality, comfort, and modern urban living.
