FSE collaborated with GREC Architects and Shapack Partners to deliver this 175 room Hoxton Chicago hotel. The building is comprised of a 12-story post-tensioned tower with a 4-story transfer at the podium that also supports parking, office, lobby and feature restaurants. 

The top of the building features a rooftop bar, lounge, and swimming pool with stunning views of downtown Chicago from the trendy Fulton Market districts. Additional amenity floors are located on top of the podium with outdoor gardens.
