FSE designed this modern new community health facility for Esperanza Health Centers. 

The new facility is located in the Brighton Park neighborhood of Chicago, and will anchor a critical corner of what is now a vacated industrial lot on the southwest corner at the intersection of 47th Street and California Ave. 

The building is formed with composite steel framing which was used to create sloping walls and large cantilevers supporting a rooftop green play area for families. 

The corner of the building is intentionally open be a beacon of hope to the community.
