FSE designed this new 26-story residential post- tensioned building including helicoid parking levels at the base of the building that are disguised with a strong masonry and GFRC base to fit contextually with the neighboring building. 

The lateral system is comprised of a dual reinforced concrete core with link beams that was optimized for formwork and structural requirements over the height of the building.
