June was a busy and rewarding month at Forefront Structural Engineers, marked by meaningful milestones across a wide range of project types and locations.
We celebrated the successful completion of a complex adaptive re-use + new hotel in New Orleans.
We broke ground (and barriers) on what will become the tallest mass timber tower in the Western Hemisphere, located in Milwaukee, WI.
We topped out on a mass timber "missing middle" housing project in Madison, WI.
We began work on a highly confidential adaptive re-use project in Detroit, MI.
We moved toward design completion on our fifth Great Wolf Lodge hotel, soon to begin construction in Jackson, TN.
Construction kicked off on a post-tensioned apartment tower in Cleveland, OH.
We continued to see strong progress, both in design and construction, on several large multifamily mixed-use developments in Nashville, TN.
Each of these projects represents a unique challenge and an opportunity to collaborate with exceptional partners.

More than anything, what stands out from this past month is the people behind the work. None of this would be possible without our team at Forefront - their dedication, curiosity, and commitment to quality - and the clients, collaborators and contractors who trust us and push projects forward alongside us. We're proud of what we've accomplished together and excited for what's ahead as we continue to grow and take on what comes next.
