We are excited to share that construction is officially underway on Shoreway Tower, a new residential high rise that will play a significant role in Cleveland’s evolving lakefront corridor. Seeing a project move from planning and coordination into active construction is always meaningful, and this milestone marks an important step forward for both the project and the broader neighborhood. We’re very proud of the great work by the Forefront team and are grateful for the contributions of the entire design team, led by Evident Architecture Office.

Shoreway Tower is located along Cleveland’s west side near the lakefront and is envisioned as a modern residential building that brings new housing, density, and energy to the area. As construction begins, the project represents continued investment in urban living and a growing connection between the city and its waterfront. Developments like this help reinforce Cleveland’s long term vision for vibrant and livable neighborhoods.
