FSE collaboratively developed a solution with the architect and developer to maintain lower level parking with a centralized stair core above for this new 16-story post tensioned building.

The lateral system for the building is comprised of an offset concrete core with two (2) optimized moment frames to reduce torsional accelerations for this 15:1 slender building.
