This project involved the conversion of an existing 4-story building into a new retail and branding building for Restoration Hardware.

Several significant transformation elements included: installing a rooftop terraces, cutting new floor openings for mechanical penetrations, installing a new stair, installing new elevators with floor and foundation modification, as well as a new clear span glass atrium light well to capture additional floor space for year-round function.
